RETURNS / EXCHANGES
You have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. You will then have 14 days to send back your order, once you have made us aware of the return. Please carefully check the size guide as to avoid any inconveniences or the need for exchanges due to miss sizing. If you ordered the wrong size please contact us by email (email@example.com) and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for the correct size.
Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Free or promotional items must be returned along with the original item when being refunded. If free shipping has been applied to an order, the shipping cost will be removed from the refunded amount when an item is returned. Caps & Sale day items purchased using a promotional discount code are non refundable. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in their original condition. Please contact customer services to enquire about a return. Returned items without prior communication could lead to items being returned to you.
Once your return is received a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take 2-5 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you send returns via a tracked service to make sure it reaches us & make your name and order number visible in so we know who it's coming from. Please email us to request returns address.

Please note that our products are custom made to order. Due to the nature of our custom products and by law we are unable to offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered (please check size guide for exact sizing). *note you can still exchange your item for the correct size.
- No longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour)
