How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as it's on the way. ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. 

WHAT SIZE SHALL I ORDER
We recommend ordering one size up for loose fit. Our size guide on the product page.

I received the wrong item / a faulty item.
Email us with your order number & photos showing the issue & we’ll issue a replacement straight away.

My order says delivered but I haven’t received it.
Once the tracking shows an order is delivered it’s out of our hands. Please check with neighbours or your local courier. If you believe the parcel was stolen you may need to file a claim directly with the courier. We can guide you through this, but we cannot guarantee replacements for stolen orders.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

You have 14 days request a return & send back your order. Returns must be unworn in the original packaging. Once your return is received a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take 2-5 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.

If you ordered the wrong size please contact us by email (homagearchive@gmail.com) and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for the correct size. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you send returns via a tracked service to make sure it reaches us & make your name and order number visible in so we know who it's coming from. Please email us to request returns address.
